Scope:

A
Payroll Specialist
is responsible for various tasks related to payroll processing.
Being part of our HR Team, you will have the opportunity to actively shape our employees' future.

Job Responsibilities:

·      Ensures all payroll transactions are processed efficiently.

·      Resolves payroll discrepancies.

·      Collects monthly data from timekeeping and payroll systems.

·      Processes for payroll changes (e.g. new hires, terminations, raises) and system upgrades.

·      Ensures compliance with local payroll, wage, and hour laws and best practices.

·      Maintains accurate records and prepares reports.

·      Resolves issues and answers payroll-related questions.

Job Requirements:

· years of experience as a payroll officer or similar role.

·      Bachelor's degree in business administration or another related field.

·      Current knowledge of payroll procedures and related laws.

·      Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

·      Proven experience in ERGANI processing.

·      Proficient with payroll software, ideally with SCAN HRMS.

·      Outstanding communication skills (written and oral).

·      Organizational and leadership skills.
