Revenue Management Specialist
This role is responsible for overseeing the hotel's revenue strategy, including managing room rates, inventory, and pricing across all channels.
The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent analytical skills, able to interpret market trends and competitor activity to inform pricing decisions.
We are looking for someone who can balance the needs of different stakeholders, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement revenue strategies that drive sales growth and maximize profits.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform pricing decisions.
- Manage room rates and inventory across all channels, ensuring accurate availability and pricing.
- Collaborate with the revenue team to achieve sales targets and optimize revenue streams.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, providing regular updates to senior management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a revenue management or similar role within the hospitality industry.
- University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
- Familiarity with hotel systems and Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
