Job Description

We are seeking a professional with expertise in trade credit insurance and surety solutions to join our team. As a key member of the Trade Credit – Surety Team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, providing tailored solutions according to their needs, and delivering excellent customer service.

Your primary focus will be on retaining current clients, placing new business, and ensuring client satisfaction through negotiation and accomplishment of business deals. You will also be responsible for reviewing and negotiating complex insurance policies to mitigate risks and preparing broking submissions to place insurance policies in the market.

You will work closely with the team to ensure timely delivery of projects and maintain up-to-date knowledge of the insurance market. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulations and internal procedures, as well as updating workflow systems to reflect the current status of any risk.
