This role will allow you to work remotely and leverage your language skills to provide exceptional support to our clients.

Job Description

In this position, you will be the primary point of contact for Finnish-speaking clients, providing top-notch support and guidance to ensure their satisfaction. You will help clients navigate inquiries and resolve issues efficiently, delivering an exceptional customer journey.

Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer support through various online channels, including email, chat, and social media.
  • Address customer inquiries accurately and efficiently, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Document and track customer interactions in our CRM system for transparency and continuity.
  • Collaborate with team members to share insights, best practices, and suggestions for improvement.
  • Remain informed about our products and services to provide accurate and helpful information.
  • Engage in continuous training opportunities to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Fluency in Finnish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a strong customer-oriented mindset.
  • Prior experience in customer service, preferably in an online environment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple customer inquiries effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and online communication tools.
