Description:

We are seeking a skilled Production Shift Supervisor to oversee the smooth operation of our production wing during shift hours. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all procedures and instructions are followed and implemented efficiently.

 

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the efficient operation of production equipment and machinery.
  • Develop and implement effective production plans and schedules.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of production performance.
  • Identify and address any issues or concerns related to production processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

 

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, or Chemistry. Postgraduate degree preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems (SAP).
  • Strong communication and team management skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing demands.
