About the Role

You will be responsible for reviewing and moderating content to ensure it aligns with the platform's community standards. This includes videos, images, posts, and profiles. Your attention to detail and ability to work independently will be essential in this role.

  • Moderate content to ensure it meets community standards
  • Enforce policies and guidelines to maintain platform integrity
  • Collaborate with teams to resolve issues and provide insights
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Fluency in Dutch (C1) and English (B2)
  • Previous experience in customer service or content moderation (not mandatory)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication skills, empathy, cultural awareness, and attention to detail
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary, benefits, and perks that make this role attractive:

  • Base Salary: 1450 EUR per month
  • Lunch Vouchers: 85 EUR net per month
  • Transportation Allowance: 65 EUR gross per month
  • Total Monthly Income: 1600 EUR gross per month

In addition, we provide:

  • A permanent contract
  • 14 salaries each year
