About the Role: We are seeking a Content Moderator with Hungarian language expertise to join our team at Grow-Talent.com. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, be able to work independently, and have excellent communication skills.

Job Description: As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing digital content such as videos, news stories, and social media profiles. You will score this content on areas such as age-appropriateness, level of violence, sexual content, and political transparency. Your role will involve applying a content policy to digital content and executing handling procedures with consistency.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing Digital Content: Review videos, news stories, still pictures, political ads, and social media profiles to ensure they comply with our content policy.
  • Scoring Content: Score content on areas such as age-appropriateness, level of violence, sexual content, and political transparency.
  • Applying Content Policy: Apply our content policy to digital content and execute handling procedures with consistency.
  • Identifying Subtle Differences: Identify subtle differences in the meaning of digital communication and accurately enforce our client's terms of use.
  • Participating in Employee Assistance Programs: Actively participate in employee assistance programs, program reporting initiatives, and training to foster the well-being of yourself and the employee community.
  • Escalating Issues: Escalate through appropriate channels any changes that may impact performance or as necessary to maintain required KPIs.
  • Maintaining Confidentiality: Adhere to security measures, confidentiality, and other project requirements in any way related to your work.

Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Fluency in English (C1) and Hungarian (C1), with excellent grammar skills.
  • Experience: Experience in a BPO/contact centre/content moderation environment within the last year.
  • Tolerance: Tolerance of sensitive content that may include child exploitation and abuse, animal torture, gang violence, murder, hate speech, and more.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills, and empathy.
  • Cultural Awareness: A high affinity and cultural awareness of the political and social situation in Hungary.
  • Criminal Background Check: Ability to pass a criminal background check.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer an excellent remuneration package based on experience, skills, and performance, including a salary range of €28,000 - €35,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
