We are seeking a highly skilled Content Moderator with exceptional language abilities to join our team at Cross Border Talents in Thessaloniki, Greece. As a Content Moderator, you will play a vital role in maintaining the integrity of the digital environment and fostering a positive user experience.

The ideal candidate will possess fluency in both Hungarian and English, with strong reading and verbal communication skills in both languages. A minimum of 1 year of experience in operations, shared services, or a customer experience environment is required, along with a high school diploma or equivalent.

This is a full-time position that requires onsite work in Thessaloniki on a rotational shift basis, ensuring 24/7 coverage for your market. The salary for this role is approximately €28,000 per annum, based on the national average for content moderation positions in Thessaloniki.

In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive relocation package for candidates residing outside of Thessaloniki or abroad. This includes:

  • Flight ticket to Thessaloniki
  • Taxi transfer from the airport to a hotel
  • Up to 2 weeks of hotel accommodation upon arrival
  • Assistance with obtaining necessary hiring documentation (for candidates new to Greece)
  • Up to EUR 350 gross to cover the real estate agency fee when securing permanent accommodation

As a Content Moderator, you will receive comprehensive training on policy enforcement protocols and be responsible for reviewing and evaluating various types of content, including videos, news articles, images, political advertisements, and social media profiles. Your primary task will be to assess and categorize content based on criteria such as age-appropriateness, violence levels, sexual content, and political transparency, ensuring alignment with clients' policies and guidelines.
