Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Content Moderator to join our team in Thessaloniki, Greece. As a content moderator, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and positive online environment on popular social media platforms.

Responsibilities:
  • Review user-generated content to ensure compliance with platform rules and community standards.
  • Identify and act on content that breaches guidelines, enforcing platform rules effectively.
  • Maintain a safe digital space by resolving reported violations and content issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Provide feedback to improve moderation processes, tools, and policies based on your daily work experience.
  • Apply cultural sensitivity when reviewing content in the right context and with appropriate understanding of Hebrew language and culture.
Candidate Profile:
  • Native-level proficiency in Hebrew, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A strong command of English to communicate efficiently with your team and supervisors.
  • Well-versed in popular social media platforms, with a strong interest in online trends and current events.
  • Able to follow platform policies closely and ensure all content meets the required standards.
  • Capable of making thoughtful, quick decisions regarding content compliance with platform rules.
  • Prior experience in content moderation or similar fields is an advantage, but full training will be provided.
  • Able to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, managing different tasks and challenges with ease.
