We are seeking a skilled Content Moderator to join our team in Thessaloniki, Greece. As a Ukrainian Quality Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and consistency of digital content.

Salary: €28,000 - €32,000 per year (estimated salary range based on industry standards and location)

Job Description:

As a Quality Analyst, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough content analysis to identify and address violations of community standards, terms of service, and legal requirements
  • Providing constructive feedback and coaching to content moderators to enhance their performance and ensure consistency in moderation decisions
  • Developing and maintaining quality assurance processes and documentation to track and report on moderation accuracy and efficiency
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Training, and Product Development, to continuously improve moderation processes and tools
  • Staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes related to content moderation, recommending necessary adjustments to policies and procedures

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Language Skills: Fluent in English (C1) and Ukrainian (C1), with excellent grammar and communication skills
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Experience: Proven experience in content moderation or quality assurance, preferably within a BPO or tech company
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of online community standards, legal requirements, and regulatory frameworks related to content moderation
  • Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail, capable of maintaining accuracy while working with large volumes of content
  • Communication: Effective interpersonal skills to provide clear feedback and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with moderation tools and platforms, as well as Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
