Responsibilities- Distinguish customers' needs and deliver appropriate resolutions.
- Guide customers facing issues related to billing inquiries and provide timely resolutions.
- Assist customers with placing orders and resolving related issues.
- Answer customers' inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and escalate as necessary.
