International Opportunity for Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and multilingual customer support specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in providing top-notch customer service via phone, email, or chat.

Your Role:
  • Provide exceptional customer service in Portuguese, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer complaints.
  • Utilize English when necessary, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor, remaining calm under pressure and resolving complex issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve open cases, leveraging expertise and resources to drive successful outcomes.
  • Stay up-to-date with internal systems, ensuring seamless integration and accurate data management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • C1 level minimum in Portuguese and B2 level in English - Mandatory.
  • High school diploma - Mandatory.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Previous experience in customer support, either online or in-person, is desired.
  • A resourceful and stress-resistant personality, capable of adapting to changing situations and maintaining a calm demeanor.
  • Passport/Identity card from a European country or resident card in Greece - Required.
