International Customer Service Representative

Your Role as a Customer Support Specialist:


As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for handling consumer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.


  1. Respond to consumer inquiries raised through free phone lines, ensuring that all calls are answered and resolved within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

  2. Maintain accurate records of consumer interactions, including data input on the customer services database.

  3. Deal with client complaints efficiently and effectively, following the company's complaints escalation policy.

  4. Troubleshoot common problems and frequently asked questions using open questions, support documents, and system training.

  5. Offer recommendations and solutions to customers based on your expertise and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent qualification is required.

  • You should have native or fluent proficiency in German, Portuguese, or Czech, and a good level of English (C1).

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and strong troubleshooting abilities are essential for this role.
