Επιβάλλεται η αναζήτηση και προσέλκυση από την εταιρεία μας κατάλληλων υποψηφίων για την Γερμανία. Η διαδικασία πρόσληψης συνοδεύεται ενεργά από τη δημιουργία projects, ξεκινώντας από τη συζήτηση για τη θέση εργασίας με τα αντίστοιχα στελέχη.

Απαιτούμενα δεξιότητες και ποιότητας:
  • Γνώσεις της αγγλικής γλώσσας
  • Καλή γνώση του MS Office (ιδίως του Excel)
  • Ποικίλες και προκλητικές δραστηριότητες σε μια φιλική και ανοιχτόμυαλη, αναπτυσσόμενη ομάδα
Λειτουργίες:
  • Δημιουργία project για την εύρεση κατάλληλων υποψηφίων για την Γερμανία
  • Είστε υπέυθυνος/η της σύνταξης των αγγελιών και της ενεργής διαχείρισης των υποψηφίων
  • Χρησιμοποιείτε αποτελεσματικά την ενεργή αναζήτηση ως μέτρο για την πρόσληψη προσωπικού
