Job Description

Key Accountabilities
  • Develop a comprehensive brand strategy to drive business growth and deliver key performance indicators.
  • Design, organize, and implement brand-specific guidelines to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Lead the execution of the annual marketing plan, focusing on trade marketing initiatives that align with sales and marketing objectives.
  • Improve brand presence through excellence in in-store planning, execution, and tracking, aligned with marketing priorities.
  • Identify and secure distribution opportunities, as well as merchandising support, across accounts and channels.
  • Develop and implement in-store merchandising strategies for key accounts and channels.
  • Manage the merchandising team, ensuring seamless execution of in-store plans.
  • Collaborate with agencies and suppliers to achieve brand goals.
  • Analyze competition and market trends, transforming insights into actionable consumer intelligence.
Required Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
  • Postgraduate degree in Marketing is an asset.
  • At least 3–4 years of experience in Brand/Trade Marketing/Sales positions.
  • Excellent command of English and Greek (written and oral).
  • Strong PC literacy, including MS Office.
  • Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work with multiple projects simultaneously.
