We are seeking a seasoned Corporate Communications Director to spearhead our corporate communications and CSR initiatives. This strategic role will oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of programs covering press office, media relations, crisis management, event management, and internal PR.

The successful candidate will lead a team of corporate communications professionals, driving strategy development for a diverse portfolio of clients. They will manage multiple projects simultaneously, supervising high-profile projects and leading the pitching, negotiations, planning, and implementation of projects.

Key responsibilities include coordinating and prioritizing projects, ensuring clear communication between team members, acting in a timely manner, developing and implementing PR and communication plans, overseeing workflow and operational processes, and creating and executing proposals based on client needs.

To succeed in this role, you will require a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Media Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Advertising, or a similar field. A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in PR, preferably in an agency or corporate affairs department, is essential. Postgraduate studies in communication may be advantageous.

A strong track record of delivering exceptional results, combined with excellent communication and writing skills in English and Greek, is necessary. Proficiency in MS Office and outstanding analytical thinking, strategic planning, and problem-solving abilities are also required.
