Job Description

The primary objective of this role is to drive order growth, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction by promoting a comprehensive portfolio of products and innovative motion solutions. This involves developing and nurturing customer relationships through strategic sales opportunities.

  • Establish and maintain robust customer connections by identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions from ABB's extensive product range.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay informed and competitive.
  • Meet short-term and long-term revenue goals aligned with business objectives.
  • Provide customers with clear and timely information regarding delivery schedules, payment terms, and general conditions, ensuring consistency with commercial frameworks and strategies.
  • Ensure efficient marketing activities and effectively communicate the value proposition of ABB's products to customers, fostering interest and trust.
  • Prepare offers and manage related administrative tasks, including offer tools, invoices, and letter of credit, in accordance with established standards and processes.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (product management, engineering, logistics, and finance) to meet operational, technical requirements, and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications

This position requires:

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical, electronic, or mechanical engineering, or automation engineering.
  • At least two years of experience in sales or sales support roles.
  • Fluency in Greek and English language (written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce will be considered a plus.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-oriented approach.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to travel.
