We are seeking a Learning & Development Junior Associate to join our team in Athens – Kolonos. The role reports directly to the People Experience & Development Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and create personalized development plans.
  • Coordinate and organize engaging training sessions, workshops, and seminars to support continuous skill development.
  • Assist with onboarding by facilitating orientation sessions and providing relevant resources to new hires.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives through feedback and evaluations to ensure ongoing improvement.
  • Monitor and track training participation and progress across departments.
  • Support various projects and assist daily functions of the HR department.
  • Stay informed about L&D trends and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, Communications, or a relevant field.
  • Equivalent experience would be preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • A genuine passion for supporting others in their growth and development journey.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills.
