Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify customer needs and deliver effective solutions, including sales
  • Provide guidance to customers facing issues related to billing inquiries, handle transactions and resolve inquiries in a timely manner
  • Assist customers with placing orders and related issues
  • Answer customer inquiries and troubleshoot or escalate technical issues that they face and assist with account issues
  • Follow standard diagnostic procedures with an emphasis on handling frequently asked questions as effectively as possible
  • Convert every customer into a satisfied customer
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills in Slovenian
  • Good command of English (B2+)
  • Sales experience with consumer products and services is an asset
  • Technical research skills to troubleshoot customer problems
  • Advanced internet research skills
  • An empathetic personality with excellent communication skills
  • A positive and adventurous attitude
  • A willingness to learn and grow
