Lithuanian-Speaking Customer Service Professional

Lithuanian-speaking customer service professionals are required to handle inquiries and complaints from customers regarding trucks and buses. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a high school diploma or equivalent, and experience working in a contact center.
The job requires the ability to de-escalate concerns, provide solutions, and refer customers to relevant parties. Excellent command of Lithuanian and good communication skills in English are essential. Additionally, the candidate should have basic knowledge of automotive roadside assistance procedures and experience with knowledge management systems.

- Handle truck and bus-related inquiries and complaints in a case-closed manner by phone, email, or chat.
- Support customers in case of truck breakdowns (flat tire, engine failure, etc.) by creating appropriate cases in the CRM system after identifying the customer, vehicle, location, and verification of GOP coverage.
- De-escalate concerns, propose solutions within set parameters, or refer to 2nd/3rd parties.
