Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representative

  • Documentation: Document customer interactions meticulously in the CRM system for future reference.

Requirements:
  • Language Skills: Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
