We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Customer Experience Representative to join our team in Hellas (Greece). As the voice of the brand for our Italian-speaking customers, you will deliver exceptional support and build lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide world-class customer support via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products, services, orders, and account-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by understanding customer needs and offering appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless issue resolution.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, policies, and systems.
- Accurately document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
- Fluent in Italian and proficient in English.
- Previous experience in a customer support or customer experience role is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to manage time effectively and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new tools and systems.
- Experience with CRM systems such as Zendesk, Salesforce, or Freshdesk.
- Background in retail, e-commerce, hospitality, or tech is a plus.
