HSE Specialist

In this challenging and rewarding role, you will be responsible for promoting a positive health, safety, and environmental culture within our organization.

  • Responsible for implementing and maintaining a comprehensive HSE management system that meets regulatory requirements.
  • Liaises with external authorities and stakeholders to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducts regular audits and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develops and implements emergency response plans to mitigate the effects of incidents.
  • Coordinates and delivers HSE training programs to ensure employees are equipped to perform their roles safely and efficiently.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Environmental Science or Occupational Health and Safety.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a related HSE role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and influence others.
