We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Athens, Greece. The ideal candidate will have excellent Chinese and Cantonese language skills, as well as strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
The role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing high-quality support to users of our instant messaging platform. You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and delivery of exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective support to customers via chat, email, and phone.
- Resolves complex customer complaints and issues through active listening and empathy.
- Collaborate with the support team to identify and escalate critical issues promptly.

Requirements:
