- Deliver solutions to customers' needs through sales and support
- Guide customers on billing inquiries, transactions, and account issues
- Assist customers with placing orders and related issues
- Answer customers' inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues
- Follow standard diagnostic procedures to resolve customer problems efficiently
- Turn every customer into a happy one
- Exchange ideas and solutions with colleagues
