Are you fluent in Norwegian and passionate about helping people? Join our TP team in Greece and support one of the world's leading platforms for food and grocery delivery, serving millions of users across 70+ countries.

You'll be ensuring smooth, reliable, and satisfying delivery experiences for users across the region—whether it's lunch, groceries, or last-minute essentials.

What you will do:

  • Handle inbound communication (calls, chats, tickets) from restaurant partners and end customers

  • Resolve queries related to orders, refunds, delivery, and platform use

  • Deliver professional and empathetic customer service support across all service channels

  • Follow provided response templates and quality standards

  • Escalate sensitive and unresolved issues where necessary

  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as required by the project

What you will bring:

  • Excellent communication skills in Norwegian

  • Fluent in English - both spoken and written communication

  • Previous experience is not required, but customer service background is a plus

  • Strong written communication and typing skills

  • Confident with PC tools and multitasking between platforms
