Norwegian Language Expert for Greece Opportunity

We are seeking a Norwegian language expert to work in our team based in Greece. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in Norwegian and a good command of English (B2+). Sales experience with consumer products and services will be an asset, as well as technical research skills to troubleshoot customer problems. Advanced internet research skills and an empathetic soul with strong communication skills are also required.
In this role, you will identify customers' needs and deliver appropriate solutions, including sales. You will guide customers facing issues related to billing inquiries, handle transactions and provide resolution to inquiries in a timely manner. You will assist customers to place an order and related issues, answer customers' inquiries and troubleshoot or escalate technical issues that they face and assist customers with account issues. You will follow standard diagnostic procedures with an emphasis on handling the most frequently asked questions as effectively as possible.
