We are seeking a talented Demand Planning professional to join our team. This role will be responsible for coordinating exports and ensuring the effective operation of the Contact Center for customers' needs.

  • Develop demand forecasts for export markets and update related ERP systems
  • Handle exports orders' process to maximize order filling rate and minimize inventory costs
  • Execute customs and authorities related procedures
  • Facilitate return and credit refund processes
  • Manage planning activity of Goods' labelling for export orders
Key Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in similar position
  • Bachelor Degree in Business, Finance or equivalent Studies; Master's degree highly appreciated
  • Very good knowledge of SAP and MS Office (Excel-advanced)
  • Fluency in Greek and English
  • Strong analytical & numerical skills
