About the Role

We are seeking a diligent Procurement Coordinator to support our procurement operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring goods and services in accordance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Procure materials, supplies, and services from external vendors.
  • Evaluate potential suppliers and negotiate terms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand their needs and requirements.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management.
  • Strong understanding of procurement procedures and practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
