Job Title: Security Engineer

The organization seeks a skilled Security Engineer to oversee the smooth operation of IT security systems and implement policies and procedures for Cybersecurity.

Responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring all IT security infrastructure and systems issues
  • Evaluating weaknesses, threats, and risks concerning the information systems infrastructure
  • Addressing potential security gaps
  • Managing existing security infrastructure (Firewalls, IDS/IPS, antivirus, EDR, etc.) and collaborating with Security Operations Centers, reviewing their monthly reports
  • Performing security updates on operating systems, applications, and devices
  • Suggesting improvements to the existing security framework
  • Collaborating with software development teams, infrastructure suppliers, and application/product providers on a technical level, verifying their compliance with the scope of responsibilities
  • Participating in the development of corporate Information Security and Cybersecurity projects and applications
  • Collaborating with the Group Chief Information Security Officer and keeping them updated
  • Staying current with advancements in Cybersecurity
  • Preparing the Annual Information Security Report
