Hotel Property Maintainer

We are seeking a Chief Maintenance Officer to oversee the upkeep and maintenance of our hotel property.
This key role requires someone with excellent leadership skills, who can motivate and direct their team to deliver high-quality results.
The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing preventative maintenance programs, ensuring that all operational maintenance work projects are completed on time, and maintaining accurate logs of all maintenance activities.
- Must have strong technical knowledge and experience in engineering and maintenance.
- Able to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately.
- Results orientated, proactive and self-motivated attitude required.
Requirements
- Hotel experience is highly desirable.
- Necessary job certifications (Diploma/Degree in Engineering and Maintenance or related professional area).
- The ability to improve and maintain high service standards.
- Pre-opening experience is highly desirable.
