SWOT Hospitality is seeking to recruit
Accountant
for a new project in Marousi, opening in September 2025.
Main Duties
- Records and files operating expenses documents / cash inflows and outflows / fixed assets.
- Prepares payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements.
- Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
- Reconciles balances with suppliers.
- Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
- Ensures legislation is followed regarding all Hotel-related legal issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is highly desirable.
- Minimum three years' experience in an accounting role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Experience with luxury hotels or international hospitality groups is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of financial and accounting procedures and exceptional analytical and numerical skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- High level of confidentiality and ethical approach to work.
