Front Office Manager
About the Role:- We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Front Office Manager to lead our team and provide exceptional service to our guests.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of experience in the luxury end of the market, with a strong background in leadership and management.
- They will be responsible for ensuring that our hotel's front office department operates efficiently and effectively, providing a high level of service to our guests at all times.
- The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire their team members to deliver exceptional results.
- To ensure that the front office department is operating efficiently and effectively.
- To lead and manage a team of front office staff, including front desk agents, concierges, and other support staff.
- To develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- To monitor and control expenses, including labor costs, to ensure that they are within budget.
- To maintain accurate records and reports, including guest information, room assignments, and billing data.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
- An excellent educational background, including a degree in hospitality or a related field.
- Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and vendors.
