Seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Travel Agent to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Care department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients via phone, email, and social media.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing incoming calls and emails from customers.
  • Providing quality service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Managing flight cancellations, rebookings, and other complex situations.
Requirements:
  • Native or fluent French language skills.
  • Good knowledge of English.
  • Experience in customer service.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new software technologies.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
