Job Overview

As a Travel Agent, you will be responsible for assisting our clients in planning and booking their trips. This includes answering questions, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Process incoming calls, emails, and social media requests
  • Provide quality service to customers, handling inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
  • Manage flight cancellations, rebookings, and force majeure situations
  • Develop and recommend changes to existing methods and procedures to increase accuracy, efficiency, and responsiveness of the Customer department
  • Report technical issues, customer complaints, and other problems
Requirements
  • Native or fluent level of Spanish (oral and written)
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Experience in the customer service sector
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new software technologies
  • Excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude
  • Quality focus and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
