Job Opportunity:

Customer Experience Specialist

Job Description:

    • Provide exceptional customer service to French-speaking customers through various channels, including phone, chat, and email.
    • Prevent fraud, protect data, and safeguard customers by utilizing strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
    • Represent the company as an ambassador, maintaining a professional image at all times.
    • Track and follow cases to ensure they are closed in an efficient and timely manner.
    • Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 

Requirements:

    • Fluency in French is mandatory.
    • Very good written and oral communication skills in English are required.
    • Exceptional communication and soft skills, as well as problem-solving skills, are essential.
    • Computer knowledge and experience with CRM tools are preferred.
    • The ability to work under stressful and testing situations with customers is necessary.
    • Experience in customer service or customer-facing roles is highly desirable.
    • A "can-do" attitude, willingness to learn, and reliability are crucial to success in this role.
    • EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Greece is required.
    • Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, or be a local candidate is a plus.
