Exceptional Team Leader

We strive to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers at our Athens Centre Store. To achieve this, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our Customer Service & Exchanges and Returns team.

• Leadership Role: The suitable candidate will be responsible for ensuring the implementation of all company policies and routines in their areas of responsibility.
• Safety and Security: They will also ensure that all safety and security guidelines are followed in their areas of responsibility.
• Operational Excellence: The team leader will secure the smooth operation of all departments within their area of responsibility according to our procedures.
• Performance Improvement: They will implement actions agreed upon to improve our ICSS, Brand capital, and employee satisfaction indices.
• External Partnerships: The team leader will ensure that external services partners (Transportation and Assembly) perform as per agreed objectives.
• Cost Management: They will control, steer, and follow up on all operating costs and KPIs related to their areas of responsibility.
• Team Development: The team leader will select, develop, and maintain a motivated team capable of producing agreed objectives.
• Customer Experience: They will monitor and improve the shopping experience for our customers by compiling, tracking, and working with customer comments.

• Education: University Degree
• Customer Focus: Very strong Customer Focus
• People Management: Good people management skills
• Achievement Drive: Achievement drive, initiative taking, and problem-solving skills
• Communication Skills: Very good communication skills and a team-oriented personality
• Planning Skills: Good planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Pressure Management: Ability to work under pressure and strict deadlines
• Language Skills: Good knowledge of English
• Technical Skills: Good knowledge of MS Office and Navision
