Strategic Data Insights Leader

We're looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Senior Analyst to join our Finance team. This role isn't just about numbers – you'll turn data into insights that help shape the collections, decisions, and direction of a brand that inspires thousands every day. You report directly to the Chief Financial Officer.

• Collect and input accurate financial and operational data into relevant systems, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
• Support the Management Information System by gathering, processing, and analyzing data to produce timely and meaningful business reports.
• Assist in preparing financial statements and presentations, including profit & loss reports, balance sheets, cash flow statements, accounts payable/receivable summaries, and management decks.
• Provide insightful analysis and propose creative solutions to optimize costs, improve margins, and enhance overall financial performance.
• Monitor and evaluate financial results by comparing actual outcomes against forecasts and budgets, highlighting key variances.
• Participate actively in budgeting and forecasting processes across all subsidiaries, ensuring accurate and timely data submission and consolidation.
• Support the development and implementation of financial policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
• Plus years of experience in financial and/or accounting analysis, ideally involving monthly closing and reporting.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to interpret data and translate insights into clear, actionable reports.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with databases or ERP systems is a plus.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable working with financial and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written & verbal).
• Team player with strong interpersonal and active listening skills.
