For our Athens Center Store, we are seeking:

Leader of Sales Team

Reporting to the Sales Coordinator, you will be accountable for:

• Driving sales growth and profitability in the department, aligned with set targets.
• Contribute to the achievement of sales objectives in the Markethall/Showroom.
• Select, develop, and maintain a motivated team capable of achieving agreed objectives.
• Steer towards maximizing commercial KPIs in the department.
• Ensure exceptional customer service adhering to Active Selling and Meet & Greet principles, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
• Implement actions to improve Brand capital, Pulse SX, and Employee Survey results.
• Ensure adherence to company guidelines, legal requirements, and health & safety standards at all times.
• Closely monitor, control, and improve operating costs and KPIs related to your area of responsibility.

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Proficiency in Greek and English languages.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Effective people management skills.
• Achievement drive, initiative taking, and problem-solving skills.
• Commercial acumen.
• Customer-centric approach.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
