German Customer Support Role for Telecoms Company

Are you a fluent German speaker?
This role offers the opportunity to work as a customer service consultant for a leading European telecommunications provider.
As a customer service consultant, your daily responsibilities will include:
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, or chat
- Resolving customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently
- Managing high volumes of inbound calls
- Upselling products and services to customers when appropriate
- Escalating customer issues to the appropriate department or manager as needed
- Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues and concerns
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and qualifications:
- C2 in German and B2 in English (written and verbal)
- Excellent communication and soft skills, as well as problem-solving skills
- Computer knowledge and tech savviness
- Relocation to Greece
- EU Passport
