Job Description

The General Works Foreman will oversee site operations, supervise labor teams and coordinate multiple trades to ensure timely completion of projects.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise daily site work and ensure labor teams execute tasks according to plans.
  • Assign tasks to workers and monitor productivity and safety.
  • Check quality of workmanship and resolve minor construction issues.
  • Report material needs, progress, and issues to the site engineer.

Requirements:

A degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering is required, along with at least 3 years of experience in supervising daily site work and managing labor teams. Strong knowledge of construction site operations and labor management is also essential.
