The position of Electrical Automation Specialist has an open call.

Role Description

The successful candidate will oversee all electrical engineering aspects and proper installation of automation systems at the site to ensure compliance with design and quality requirements.



Duties and Responsibilities
  • Oversees installation and testing of electrical and automation systems related to fueling operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality standards.
  • Reviews and interprets electrical design drawings and control schematics to guarantee accuracy and precision in system integration.
  • Coordinates with vendors and contractors for system integration and resolves any technical issues that may arise during the process.
  • Supervises wiring, PLC, SCADA, and control panel installation works to maintain a safe working environment and adhere to safety regulations.
  • Verifies compliance with ATEX, airport standards, and safety regulations by conducting regular checks and audits.
  • Conducts loop checks and participates in commissioning of systems, ensuring they meet the required specifications and are functioning correctly.
  • Supports technical troubleshooting during start-up and handover, providing expert advice to resolve complex technical issues.
  • Maintains a daily log of electrical engineering activities and manpower to track progress and identify areas for improvement.


Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Automation Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience overseeing installation and testing of electrical and automation systems in similar operations.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical design drawings and control schematics interpretation, with ability to analyze complex technical data.
  • In-depth understanding of PLC, SCADA, and control panel systems, with hands-on experience in system installation and maintenance.
  • Familiarity with ATEX directives and airport safety regulations, with knowledge of relevant industry standards.
  • Understanding of commissioning processes and loop checks, with ability to implement effective quality control measures.
  • Awareness of safety and compliance requirements in fueling/industrial environments, with ability to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, with expertise in resolving complex technical issues.
  • Ability to supervise and manage technical teams on-site, with leadership skills to motivate and guide team members.
  • Attention to detail for verifying compliance and quality control, with ability to maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Proficiency in documenting technical activities and preparing progress reports, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
