Ο ρόλος του Senior Accounting Assistant είναι να είναι αναπόσπαστο μέλος της Οικονομικής Ομάδας, συνεισφέροντας στις βασικές λογιστικές και χρηματοοικονομικές λειτουργίες της επιχείρησης.

Ως Senior Accounting Assistant, θα πρέπει να εξασφαλίζετε την ακρίβεια, τη συμμόρφωση και την αποδοτικότητα στις οικονομικές διαδικασίες, υποστηρίζοντας παράλληλα τη συνολική οικονομική στρατηγική της εταιρείας.

Το Οικονομικό Τμήμα είναι υπεύθυνο για τη χρηματοοικονομική αναφορά, τον έλεγχο και την ανάλυση των οικονομικών στοιχείων, αναφερόμενο απευθείας στον Γενικό Διευθυντή και τον Διευθύνοντα Σύμβουλο.

  • Προετοιμασία, έλεγχος και καταχώρηση λογιστικών εγγραφών
  • Προετοιμασία – καταχώρηση και έλεγχο των παραστατικών με σκοπό την ορθή υποβολή δηλώσεων ΦΠΑ από το κεντρικό λογιστήριο, αναφορών MyData, καθώς και υποστήριξη στη συμμόρφωση με τις λογιστικές και φορολογικές απαιτήσεις στην Ελλάδα.
  • Υποστήριξη στην προετοιμασία των ετήσιων οικονομικών καταστάσεων και των σχετικών κανονιστικών αναφορών.
  • Συμμετοχή στη διατήρηση και βελτίωση των εσωτερικών ελέγχων και των λογιστικών συστημάτων.
  • Διενέργηση οικονομικών αναλύσεων και αναφορών για την υποστήριξη της διοικητικής ομάδας.
  • Εντοπισμός και υλοποίηση συνεχών βελτιώσεων σε οικονομικές και λογιστικές διαδικασίες και λειτουργίες.
  • Εκτέλεση πρόσθετων οικονομικών καθηκόντων, σύμφωνα με τις ανάγκες της επιχείρησης.
  • Υποστήριξη των διαδικασιών κλεισίματος μήνα, διασφαλίζοντας την πληρότητα και ακρίβεια των οικονομικών δεδομένων.
  • Εκτέλεση οικονομικών συναλλαγών και παρακολούθηση της ορθής υλοποίησής τους.
  • Υποστήριξη σε λογιστικά και φορολογικά καθήκοντα, περιλαμβανομένων λογιστικών εγγραφών και συμφωνιών λογαριασμών.
  • Επικοινωνία με δημόσιες αρχές, ΕΟΦ και τράπεζες.
  • Παροχή υψηλού επιπέδου οικονομικής υποστήριξης, όπως έλεγχος εγγράφων, αναζήτηση πληροφοριών και επίλυση προβλημάτων.
Απαιτούμενα Προσόντα
  • Πτυχίο στον τομέα των Οικονομικών, Λογιστικής, Χρηματοοικονομικών ή συναφούς αντικειμένου.
  • Άριστη γνώση της ελληνικής φορολογικής λογιστικής, περιλαμβανομένων των διατάξεων για το MyData και τον ΦΠΑ.
  • Τουλάχιστον 6-7 χρόνια σχετικής επαγγελματικής εμπειρίας, κατά προτίμηση σε πολυεθνικό περιβάλλον.
  • Άριστη γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας, τόσο σε γραπτό όσο και σε προφορικό λόγο.
  • Εξαιρετικές οργανωτικές ικανότητες, με ικανότητα ιεράρχησης προτεραιοτήτων και διαχείρισης αυστηρών προθεσμίων.
  • Άριστη γνώση του προγράμματος SoftOne και του MS Office, ιδιαίτερα του Excel.
  • Προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια, με στόχο την ακρίβεια και την ακεραιότητα στις οικονομικές διαδικασίες.
  • Ικανότητα να ανταποκρίνεται σε ένα απαιτητικό, διεθνές περιβάλλον, διαχειριζόμενος πολλαπλές προτεραιότητες αποτελεσματικά.
