Financial Analyst Support

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst Support to join our team. This exciting role will involve assisting the finance team in analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and providing valuable insights to support strategic business decisions.

This position requires strong analytical skills with a background in finance or accounting. The ideal candidate will have experience with financial analysis, reporting, or relevant coursework. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling tools is also essential.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, forecasts, and budgets in collaboration with the finance team.
    • Analyze financial data and trends, providing insights and recommendations based on your findings.
    • Support the team with financial modeling and scenario analysis.
    • Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial information and enhance reporting accuracy.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to contribute to continuous improvement within the finance department.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong analytical skills with a background in finance or accounting.
  • Experience with financial analysis, reporting, or relevant coursework is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present financial information effectively.
  • Willingness to relocate to Athens and embrace a new cultural experience.
