We are currently seeking a Dutch-speaking representative for an Anti-Financial Crime Unit. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about compliance, financial integrity, and helping to combat financial crime.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support through phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
  • Assist clients with inquiries related to anti-financial crime policies and compliance measures.
  • Effectively address customer concerns and provide clear, accurate information.
  • Guide clients through the process of reporting suspicious activities.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and compliance inquiries.
  • Collaborate with the anti-financial crime team to improve service delivery and compliance understanding.
  • Stay updated on anti-financial crime regulations and best practices to provide informed assistance.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is essential.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service.
  • Previous experience in customer service or compliance-related roles is an advantage.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a team-oriented environment.
  • Understanding of anti-financial crime practices and regulations is a plus.
  • Proficient in using digital tools and customer relationship management software.
