About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced customer service professional to join our team. As a Multilingual Customer Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences across multiple languages, including Danish, English, Finnish, Norwegian, and Swedish.

Your primary focus will be on managing inbound calls, emails, or live chats, identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction, and building sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.

You will also be required to provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools, meet personal/customer service team targets and call-handling quotas, and keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound calls, emails, or live chats in multiple languages
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Meet personal/customer service team targets and call-handling quotas
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents

Requirements:

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
  • Fluent in Danish, English, Finnish, Norwegian, or Swedish
  • Good level of written skills in English
  • Strong focus on customer needs and understanding of how customers can behave
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and active listening skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
