We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is looking for a challenging role with opportunities for growth and development.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations, logistics, or a related field, and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. They will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Operations Department, coordinating logistics, and ensuring the smooth execution of internal processes.
In this role, you will work closely with various departments to collect required documentation and information, prepare and submit reports, and handle requests for administrative support. You will also maintain communication with external partners and assist in the preparation of documentation for internal and external audits.
- Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Operations Department
- Coordinate logistics and ensure the smooth execution of internal processes

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in administrative support, logistics, or operations
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Familiarity with contract management and compliance processes is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in both Greek and English
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience in JIRA is a plus
