Accounts Payable Professional

INGROUP is currently seeking an Accounts Payable professional for the Accounting Department to manage invoices, supplier agreements and payment control.

This role is a full-time position based in Athens. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills to join our team.

Key duties and responsibilities include:

  • Managing cash register entries and bank reconciliations
  • Reconciling supplier statements and making timely payments
  • Coordinating with suppliers and managing corporate card accounts
  • Recording producer yields and communicating with suppliers
  • Ensuring accurate and timely cash flow management

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting (University/Technical Institute), Master's degree desirable
  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience
  • Excellent knowledge of English
  • Meticulous and organized approach to work
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
