Η εταιρία μας αναζητά να προσλάβει Δημοσίως Guest Relations Manager.

Περιγραφή Θέσης:

  1. Διασφάλιση της κατάλληλης υποδοχής των πελατών κατά την άφιξή τους.
  2. Παρακολούθηση καθημερινών κρατήσεων και διασφάλιση της προετοιμασίας των αντίστοιχων δωματίων πριν από το check in.
  3. Συντονισμός παραλαβής και φύλαξης αποσκευών.
  4. Ενημέρωση πελατών για τις υπηρεσίες του ξενοδοχείου, όπως είναι οι επιλογές πρωινού και δείπνου.
  5. Εξέταση καθημερινών καθηκόντων, ανάθεση εργασιών και έλεγχος προόδου.
  6. Δημιουργία φιλικών σχέσεων με τακτικούς πελάτες του ξενοδοχείου.

Προφίλ Υποψηφίου:

  • Πτυχίο στη Διοίκηση Μονάδων Φιλοξενίας, στον Τουρισμό, στη Διοίκηηση Επιχειρήσεων ή σε σχετικό πεδίο.
  • Προϋπηρεσία τουλάχιστον τρία (3) έτος σε αντίστοιχη θέση.
  • Απαραίτητη η γνώση αγγλικών και άλλων ξένων γλωσσών.
  • Απαραίτητη γνώση υπολογιστών (Excel, mail, internet).
  • Απαραίτητη γνώση προγραμμάτων κρατήσεων.
  • Δυνατότητα εργασίας σε βάρδιες.
  • Κατανόηση όλων των βέλτιστων πρακτικών διοίκησης ξενοδοχειακών επιχειρήσεων και των σχετικών νόμων.
  • Επαγγελματική συμπεριφορά, ευχάριστη και ευγενική διάθεση.
