Content Moderator Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Content Moderator. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the integrity of our online community by monitoring user-generated content and enforcing community guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Moderate and review user-generated content to ensure adherence to community standards.
  • Engage with users through professional and timely responses to comments, messages, and inquiries.
  • Identify and report inappropriate content or negative user behavior that violates community rules.
  • Monitor user interactions to gather insights that can enhance community engagement.
  • Stay updated on brand guidelines to ensure consistent messaging during moderation.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and implement best practices for effective content moderation.
  • Provide feedback on content trends and user behavior to support ongoing improvements in community management.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Slovenian (both spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with various social media platforms and understanding of moderation practices.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and respect.
  • Prior experience in content moderation, customer service, or related fields is preferred.
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
